At Shaker Cases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your electronics accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Shaker Case in its original packaging, ensuring all original inserts and tags are included to maintain eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
